Most items are made to order and the photos you see are the actual item in each listing, your item will have the exact design like in the photos unless customised. We may contact you after you order to make certain you’ll love your items. We’re happy to send more photos prior to or after purchase and will also send you photos of your actual item when it is made. Please ask any questions about your item. Due to the handcrafted nature of the art, refunds are not often possible. However, we will arrange an exchange or replacement for you if the issue qualifies, such as if your piece does not arrive or if your item is lost or damaged in shipping using our standard courier. Kindly note that none of our artworks have failed to reach their receivers since we opened for business. Shipping charges will not be refunded, but we will cover the shipping of an exchange or replacement in the above scenarios. In the case of an exchange for any other reason and at our discretion, the buyer will bear return shipping costs and all items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent.
If breakage occurs during shipping and we have a replacement available, we will send this to you. We will need to have a photo of the broken item emailed to us or the item shipped back for you to receive a replacement. If you have specifically asked for a cheaper postage that does not include insurance, then we will charge for replacements if available.
