Shipping and Payment

Payment

We accept debit/credit cards. Payment needs to be cleared before your item can be shipped. As items are made to order, we will not begin making your item until payment is received. Your items will be shipped to your account billing address by default or the shipping address you provide at checkout if you select that option.  If you’d prefer delivery to another address please contact us.

Payment can also be made via Worldremit.com or Transfast.com. Please complete your order and checkout via the ‘Pay with Worldremit’ option if you’d prefer this method. Use the Bank payment details provided to make your payment. Do contact us if you require more information on payment options for your order.

Shipping

We ship to the address you provide via DHL, Fedex or TNT Courier. Most items are made to order unless where stated, so they are shipped within 1-2 weeks after we have been notified of receipt of payment. We will message you when you purchase about how long it will take, you can also contact us to find out how long it will take to make your order before you purchase.

We often ship from our artists’ locations for most items, so we’ve assigned a flat rate shipping fee to cover handling and delivery. Usually, you should receive your item within 2 weeks max (inclusive of processing time) from our receipt of your payment barring any custom issues if you are in the UK or US. For other international orders, the length of time it will take to reach its destination varies based on the destination; it could be 4-6 weeks. If you would like to have your items sooner there are other options, please contact us about faster shipping options.

Our postage costs reflect our best value courier price for each item plus a small sum for packing and handling. Our shipping is priced for anything larger than can fit in a large envelope but under 2Kg packed weight. If you are ordering over 2 pieces of items, do contact us to work out the best delivery option and price for you.

If sending items with a tracked or signed for service, we will send you tracking numbers etc within a couple of days of dispatch. If there are problems with delivery, please contact us and we will attempt to find out what has happened. We do rely on co-operation from you and it may be that you need to contact postal services yourself.

If you are happy to risk a slower or less secure postal service, please let us know and we will give you an alternative postage quote. Please note that we really can’t take responsibility for any problems caused by the local Postal Service or other carriers if you opt for a reduced postage cost.

International postage does not include any customs cost you may incur – you must pay these additional costs yourself. Please check these out before you buy and ask for help if needed. International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. We are not responsible for customs fees and import taxes imposed on buyers by their country of residence. These charges may be levied once a shipment reaches your country, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms.
